About This Course
Not technique to master clarity to live by
This 12-month integrated course offers a clear and practical introduction to meditation, designed to fit into everyday life. Rather than focusing on complex techniques, rigid rules, or measurable outcomes, the sessions help you become familiar with sitting quietly, breathing naturally, and noticing what is happening within without judgment or effort.
The approach is slow, supportive, and realistic. You are not asked to change your thoughts, control your mind, or reach a particular state. Instead, the emphasis is on building comfort with awareness and allowing calm and clarity to develop on their own over the full arc of twelve months.

Core Teachings
What we explore together

Course Details
How this course unfolds
Structured for the modern seeker — flexible, accessible, and deeply nourishing.
Q1
Consistency
Arriving in the Practice
The first quarter is dedicated to arrival — establishing a comfortable seat, becoming familiar with the breath, and simply learning to be present without agenda. We explore what meditation actually is, and gently dissolve common misconceptions that prevent people from beginning.
Q2
Months 4 – 6 · Familiarity
Knowing the Mind
The second quarter deepens familiarity with how the mind moves — its patterns of restlessness, distraction, and commentary. Drawing from Patañjali’s understanding of the chitta and its vrittis, we learn to observe rather than react, and to build a steadier relationship with attention itself.
Q3
Months 7 – 9 · Deepening
Sustained Awareness
The third quarter introduces longer sitting periods, mantra as a support for concentration, and the classical teaching of Dhyāna — the natural deepening of attention. We also explore how meditative awareness can be brought into daily work, conversation, and rest.
Q4
Months 10 – 12 · Integration
Living the Practice
The final quarter is devoted to integration — weaving what has been explored into the fabric of daily living. We revisit foundational teachings with fresh eyes, explore the Advaita understanding of the meditator and the meditated, and conclude with a reflective ceremony marking the journey’s completion.
