About This Study

Not philosophy to memorize — wisdom to live by

This course approaches the Bhagavad Gita through the lens of Advaita Vedanta, emphasizing clarity, self-inquiry, and lived understanding. Rather than treating the Gita as a religious text or philosophical system to master, we explore it as a living text — one that speaks directly to the inner conflicts, choices, and questions that arise in everyday life.

Teachings unfold slowly, allowing space for reflection, integration, and personal insight, rather than intellectual accumulation. The emphasis is on understanding and integration, not completion or assessment. Content unfolds organically, respecting each participant’s pace and readiness.

Core Teachings

What we explore together

Six pathways drawn from the Gita’s timeless wisdom, applied to the texture of modern living.

Action & Responsibility

Understanding action without inner conflict. How to act fully in the world without being bound by outcomes or self-judgment.

Bhakti Yoga

Devotion as Inner Alignment

Seeing devotion not as ritual, but as a quality of attention, sincerity, and openness toward life as it unfolds.

Jnana Yoga

Self-Knowledge & Inquiry

Exploring the nature of the self through inquiry, discernment, and clarity rather than belief or speculation.

Inner Freedom

Detachment Without Withdrawal

Learning how inner freedom does not require renunciation of life, relationships, or responsibilities.

Applied Wisdom

Responding Instead of Reacting
